With over a dozen suppliers involved in any one project, we, as a hub, help keep things simple by managing the entire project and managing all the different parties at one single point. This way, clients only communicate with us should they wish to discuss any part of the project. Module assumes responsibility for every component of the process.

Test Fit Service

  • Listen to your needs and budget
  • Research the best locations, sizes, space utilization, and efficiency
  • Estimate space configuration

Overall Evaluation

  • Conduct on-site measurements
  • Provide a comprehensive proposal that covers the following:
  • Building analysis
  • I.T. system
  • E&M plan
  • Sub-division coordination plans
  • Standard area design
  • Space allocation for future growth

Budget Estimation

  • Create a cost-effective and time-sensitive budget plan
  • Present a summary of the preliminary project cost
  • Include quotes from selected sub-contractors and suppliers

Interior Design

  • Provide layout design and 3D rendering
  • Optimize furniture colours and materials

Project Management

  • Meet project objectives (budget and schedule)
  • Hold weekly project meetings with related parties
  • Monitor construction progress and address issues
  • Update you on any changes during the project execution

After-sale Service

  • Complete the project on time and within the budget plan
  • Provide warranty service(5 years+/up to permanent)
